ESAD Jan-June Mini Catalogue and Saleabration Blog Hop

Today I have joined  up with a group of fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrators to showcase products from the new 2021 January-June Mini Catalogue which will be available from the 5th January until the 30th of June and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure which will be available from the 5th January until the 28th February. For every $90 AUD you spend during the Sale-A-Bration promotion period, you get to choose from fabulous free products.
If you haven't already got yours yet and live in Australia, contact me for your free copy.

You may have arrived from seeing my dear friend and fellow West Australian Nicole's gorgeous creation but if you started here, click the 'Next' Button at the bottom of this post to continue hopping. Make sure you visit everyone - there are lots of great projects and you won't want to miss any!

There are so many fabulous products in the new Mini Catalogue it was difficult to choose which one to showcase. Living close to the beach, I love all things beach and ocean themed so when I saw the Sand & Sea Suite, I knew I had to have it all!

My project for today is a card and gift packaged together in one of our acetate card boxes.

I used Seaside Spray cardstock for the gift box which contains a pair of sparkly earrings -  a birthday gift for a friend who loves beachy jewellery. I created an insert with Whisper White cardstock to clip the earrings to.

The card is a fancy fold and opens out to reveal four squares. I thought this would be perfect to showcase the different features of this suite. I also used the fun, new Stitched With Whimsy dies to create a border on the lower right hand sentiment square.

Stampin' Up! has introduced something new with this Suite - the ability to die cut, then stamp, then dry emboss the stamped die-cuts to achieve a fabulous textured finish to the images. The large yellow shell below is an example of this.

I die cut and embossed the little oyster shell out of the new Pearlescent Specialty Paper. Unfortunately on the photo it's difficult to see the beautiful sheen which looks just like the inside of a shell.

All products used are available to purchase from the 5th January in my Online Shop here.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my project and have lots of fun creating your own!

Next up is my very talented friend Narelle who I'm sure has an inspiring project to show you.
