One of my favourite suites in the 2019 Occasions Catalogue is the Classic Garage suite. It is always difficult to create masculine cards so this suite was a welcome addition to our product palette and I am happy to say, it is carrying over to the new Annual Catalogue.
The matching Designer Series Paper is however retiring and will no longer be available after the 3rd June so I decided to use it to create my farewell project.
This paper is so versatile and can be used for layering cards or decorating 3D projects and gift packaging but best of all, many of the printed images can be cut using the Garage Gears dies or several of our circle punches!

For my cards today I have used the 'Floating Frame' technique. This technique requires images to be cut and placed on a card front or layer which then has a frame cut out of it using a die and die-cutting tool.
Of course the pieces need to be held in place whilst the frame is cut and this is easily achieved using Glad Press'n Seal foil (available online). This foil has a low tack adhesive side which can easily be removed once the frame has been cut. Before removing the foil, Dimensionals are attached to the cut pieces and the 'frame' adhered to the card front or layer.
