Hello again and welcome to the Social Stamping Blog Host where I am joined by a group of talented crafters from around Australia and New Zealand.
The group was started by my lovely friend and fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator Kelly Kent as a way of keeping connected, creating and sharing while we are all being socially distant.
You may have arrived from seeing Elizabeth's gorgeous creation but if you started here, click the 'Next' button at the bottom of this post to continue hopping.
The theme Kelly has chosen for us this month is 'Get Better Soon'.
My card was inspired by a photo on page 41 of the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue 2020-2021. I chose not to stamp an image for this card but instead cut out a cat from the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper.
I couldn't resist putting a cone around the head of the grumpy looking cat. I was smiling the whole time while I made this card - she looks so cheesed off lol!
I decided on a pun for the sentiment on the front of the card and the Playful Alphabet dies were perfect for this.
Thanks for stopping by and hopping with us today. If you get lost or if there's a broken link, you can find a link to the next blog in Kelly's main post here

ReplyDeleteI love that grumpy cat too Denise. Reminds me our our big ginger kitty, most things are his way or look out!
ReplyDeleteLove the card design and the paw detail on the inside too.
that's a cool layout, and I love the heart around the grumpy cat neck! It does just make you smile
ReplyDeleteSuch a great card Denise. I love your choice of the grumpy cat with the cone - he does look quite annoyed. You have so many great details - the pun, the card design - your card will certainly help the recipient to feel better.
ReplyDeleteGreat card. The cone around the grumpy cat’s neck is perfect.
